“Casa Elena” vacation home is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside about 8 kilometers away from the art town of Cortona, within the province of Arezzo, amid smooth hills of vineyards and olive groves where vine and olive cultivation date back to the Etruscan times. The country house has been recently renovated and divided into four beautiful vacation apartments (“Il Sole” “La Luna”, “Le Stelle” and “Il Cielo”). A careful renovation work allowed preserving and fully respecting the existing structures by combining them with all modern conveniences. Two apartments for vacation rentals at Casa Elena (“La Luna” and “Le Stelle”) are perfectly Tuscan-style with exposed stonework walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and cotto floors, whilst the two other apartments (“Il Sole” and “Il Cielo”) are slightly more modern and yet warm and cozy. All our apartments are roomy and well-lighted, each with independent entrance and fitted with color Sat-TV, independent heating system and free wi-fi internet connection. However, because of the layout and arrangement of the apartments, the vacation house is not accessible to disabled people.

Vacation home in Cortona "Casa Elena" is surrounded by a huge garden that is completely available to guests, as well as many other facilities such as the laundry room, the barbecue grill and an old-fashioned wood-burning oven that can be accessed from the garden. While taking a walk in the quiet garden you may indulge in the delicious scents of charcoal grilled meat and baked pizza and observe the preparation of typical recipes of the Tuscan cuisine. The owners avail themselves of the collaboration of professional chefs that can be contacted to organize cooking classes and dinners upon request.

The garden in enriched by a lovely swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with a fully equipped sunbathing area where you can relax and enjoy quietness. The swimming pool is open from May till September. Guests will also have free bikes at their disposal to go for nice bike tours and discover the Tuscan countryside.
